EXCHANGE, REPAIR, WARRANTY, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Customer satisfaction is our utmost goal, hence we have devised our exchange, repair, warranty, return and cancellation policy in a manner which gives hassle-free shopping experience to our customers. Our hassle-free policies are as below:

EXCHANGE UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD

  • We will exchange your product if your purchase doesn't meets your expectations. However, the exchange request shall be made within 30 (thirty) days of delivery.
  • The product sold to you (only for grade P1+, P2+, P3+ and P4+) is under a warranty period of 30 (thirty) days from delivery. For Android phones, this warranty is limited to SIM lock only. The said period of warranty shall expire after 30 (thirty) days of delivery.
  • For exchanging the product all you need to do is just drop an email to us at support@rehandel.com along with the proper order details of the product and reason for the exchange request being made to us.
  • Once we receive your exchange request, within the warranty period, we will verify the details provided by you and we will conduct an in-house testing for the returned product so as to check what went wrong, adopting our processes if necessary, so that we do not have to face the same issue again. The product being exchanged should be untampered and undamaged with all its parts, accessories and barcode intact.
  • Once we have done our internal verifications, we will arrange for the replacement of your product for free. However, in the unlikely case where our vendors do not have the same product in stock, you can choose an alternative product of the same value. Our customer support team will reach out to you and will guide you on this.

REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD

  • We are happy to assist and repair your product free of cost, if you are experiencing any problem with it. However, to avail this benefit, the request for repair shall be made within 30 (thirty) days of delivery.
  • The product sold to you is under a warranty period of 30 (thirty) days from delivery. The said period of warranty shall expire after 30 (thirty) days of delivery.
  • For getting your product repaired all you need to do is just drop us an email at support@rehandel.com along with the proper order details of the product and reason behind the need to repair.
  • Once we receive your request for repair, within the warranty period, we will verify the details provided by you. Our Customer Support team will let you know how to return the product to us. 
  • Thereafter, we will conduct an in-house testing for the product so as to check what went wrong, adopting our processes if necessary, so that we do not have to face the same issue again.
  • In case here are obvious signs of tamper and damage made at your end, we will not repair the product from our side free of cost.
  • Once we have done our internal testing and repairs necessary for the product, we will arrange for sending you back the repaired product for free.
  • However, in the unlikely case where we are unable to repair your product, you can choose and purchase an alternative product of the same value. Our customer support team will reach out to you and will guide you on this.

RETURN AND REFUND

  • You can return your purchased product, within 7 (seven) days after delivery for a full refund. However, for this you just need to drop us an email at support@rehandel.com requesting for the return and our customer-friendly team will process your return without any questions asked. Our Customer Support team will let you know how to return the product to us. 
  • Please note that we only accept untampered and undamaged product with all its parts, accessories and barcode intact. In case that there are obvious signs of tamper and damage made at your end, we will grant you no refund for the product and your return request will be rejected.
  • Please note that our Return and Refund policy does not cover any customized work, installation fees and support fees in any case.

CANCELLATION

  • Please note we are allowing cancellation of the orders, only in the cases wherein the order has been placed by the customer by reason of an inadvertent error or mistake.

Legal Rights

We reserve rights to take legal actions if you are found continuing using our extensions or services even after getting refunds under our return, exchange and cancellation policy.
